Get Rid of The Bat Wings!

I am sure you all want to get your bodies ready for the spring and summer. The "bat wing" situation is a problem for a lot of people. For those of you that aren't sure what I am talking about, I am referring to the tricep area of the arm that can sometimes get a little flabby. Gwyneth Paltrow posted the below video on her website. The video features her personal trainer, Tracy Anderson doing a little dance routine that targets the arm muscles. I have to tell you that I just finished doing it and my arms are killing me. Sleeveless tops here I come!

Cocoa Comfort

Well, it's snowing here again! On days like this there is nothing I like more than a comforting cup of Puerto Rican style hot chocolate. I am of Puerto Rican descent, so once I take a sip of this hot chocolate it brings back so many memories of being a little girl. I can just picture my mom making it in the small kitchen of our old house. She would serve it with crackers and cheese. Now, the secret is to use Cortes Chocolate. I have been hearing a lot about Moroccan Oil. Celebrities like Nicole Richie and Rachel Zoe swear by it. It's supposed to be the shizz for your hair. I am in complete shock right now. Alexander McQueen was found dead at his London home this morning. This is a huge loss for the fashion community. His innovativeness and originality will truly be missed.
