Peanut butter and chocolate has to be one of my favorite combinations EVER. So, when I saw this recipe for Nutter Butter Truffles on Bakerella I had no choice, but to make them ASAP. The beauty of this recipe is that there is no baking or measuring required at all.
The only ingredients you need are a package of Nutter Butter cookies, an 8oz bar of cream cheese and some chocolate bark. I had semi sweet chocolate chips on hand so that is what I used instead.
These were pretty rich. You can only eat about two or three. I think next time I will try to mix in some actual peanut butter with the cream cheese.
I love truffle recipes like this! My specialty are Oreo truffles, they're always a hit.

wow! that is the easiest recipe ever! BUT it does look heavy, as in you can only eat 1 or 2, lol. Do you think you lighten up the batter or mash it with lighter ingredients (not too sweet) it would be more easy to POP in the mouth! ahaha! <3
