Oh Christmas Tree!

 
{the star was a piece of work, but we finally got it to stay; tilted}
We finally got around to putting up our little Christmas tree.  I feel as though I'm late and it's only December 2nd!  I love the glow of the tree lights at night.  The aroma of a pine tree scented candle burning in the background, a nice cup of homemade hot chocolate and freshly baked cookies are what perfect holiday weeknights are made of.

    I absolutely love that peacock feather on your Christmas tree. That looks adorable. We're putting up our Christmas tree over the weekend. Yey. =)

    I just bought some of those clip on birds from a gift shop in the alsace in france!! i looove them :)

    nice tree! thats strange that you feel you're late. my parents don't take in the tree before little christmas eve- that's been the tradition for my relatives for a long time
    i don't have any tree at my apartment.. but i'm not celebrating christmas here so that's not so strange.

    love love love xmas!! I just decorated on Monday, I have a red metallic little tree ;)

    putting up stars or toppers are always a tough-ie, they never wanna stay still!
