Up until only recently I was never a huge fan of meringue. Now I can't get enough of the stuff. These mini pavlovas make a great light dessert perfect for spring. The addition of homemade vanilla bean whipped cream and fresh kiwi and strawberries puts it over the top. Refreshing and delicious!
