Seriously, there are not enough hours in the day. Between work, party planning, cakepop orders and everyday life this week as been extremely hectic. I plan on unwinding tonight by enjoying some delicious Mexican food from my favorite spot. Then tomorrow it's back to running around like a mad woman. Target Designer Collabo: Calypso St. Barth

I cannot wait for the unveiling of Target's latest designer collaboration with Calypso St. Barth this coming Sunday, May 1st.  They are creating a limited-edition collection of fashion and home items.  The collection will include clothing and accessories for women and children, plus home goods like candles, pillows and glassware. The pieces will range from $1.99 to $79.99.  I'll be there with bells on to pick up the elephant tea pot!

1st Birthday Cakebite Pops

I was hired to make these cakebite pops for a first birthday party. White chocolate "wrappers" and pink "frosting" created the perfect backdrop for pastel sprinkles and # 1s made out of fondant. The flavor selections were devils food, red velvet, and birthday cake (vanilla confetti). The perfect party favor to celebrate such a milestone occasion.
