My go-to summer cocktail has got to be the mojito. As you all may know I love all things coconut as seen here, here, and here. I decided to blend coconut milk and TY KU Liqueur (a sake-based spirit made with 20 fruits and botanicals; pomegranate, Asian pear, and green tea are just a few of them) in place of the standard white rum. This made for the most refreshing summertime beverage. I call it the Coconut Cubasian Mojito (get it Cuban + Asian = Cubasian) Anyway, enough of my corniness.
